Resource Management

Supply of materials, plant, equipment, operators and trades. Management of Subcontractors and Consultants.

Bulk & Detailed Earthworks

Delivery of earthworks management and supervision using client assets, local contractors, or our in- house earth moving fleet of equipment. Contracting options include hourly hire, schedule of rates or lump sum. From small projects to the movement of millions of tonnes of material we are able to offer value for money delivery options.

Crushing / Screening / Material Processing

Processing project resources in order to meet specification through crushing, blending, screening, conditioning or separation can result in significant project uplift including savings in cost, time and precious resources. .

Utility Installation

Working with authorities and designers to achieve construction plans. Utility installation pricing and analysis of authorised installer tender submissions. Provision of trenching, backfill, laydown areas, material purchases, installation, management and assistance to specialist utility providers. Projecx is able to reduce project cost and time by utilising best for project resourcing and working closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure service installation is achieved in conjunction with the project programme.

Foundations and Soft Soil Treatments

Foundation stabilisation, strip footings, driven piles, bored piers and slab preparation. Projecx is able to undertake site works and engage with specialist contractors to ensure issues such as access, piling platforms, treatment and disposal of unsuitable materials is achieved in an efficient and cost- effective manner.

Stormwater & Retention Structures

Management of material supply and specialist subcontractors during stormwater pit and pipe installation. Construction of stormwater retention structures inclusive of linings, landscaping and associated infrastructure (fencing, grates, headwalls). Co-ordination of approval inspections and programme management of works in conjunction with broader project requirements and project programme.

Roads & Pavements

Excavation, insitu treatment or removal of unsuitable material, working with geotechnical consultants, pricing and supply of suitable pavement material options, installation, authority approval in preparation for specialist contractors such as kerb and asphalt. Support and management of subcontractors as required.

Rail

Supply of plant and equipment to undertake earthworks, provision of stormwater installation teams, material supply of quarry material and other required services where available.

Marine

Co-ordination of specialist marine contractors to undertake dredging, piling, welding and equipment supply. Provision of laydown areas, material sourcing and supply and environmental controls.

Airport

Compliance with high standards associated with airside works in relation to safety and programme. Service installation, pavement preparation and coordination of specialist contractors such as bulk hardstand pours and asphalt hardstand. Coordination of trades associated with airside structures in relation to trade and building works.

Concrete Structures

Co-ordinating employment of experienced personnel such as supervisors, steel fixers, form workers and concretes, or engagement of specialist subcontractors. Detailed excavation, preparation, access and subbase. Design coordination, material supply agreements with concrete and steel suppliers, or engagement of subcontractors to supply materials.

Retaining Walls

Liaising with client and architect in relation to retaining wall design, supply and cost options. Engagement with panel providers, sourcing and supply or site processing of backfill material. Engagement of subcontractors or putting together installation teams.

Landscaping

Hard and soft landscaping design input and construction, including architectural pavements, features and retaining walls, cultivation, topsoil, hydro-seeding and turf installation, planting, irrigation, drainage, water features, fencing, steel and timber structures, boardwalks, furniture and playgrounds, ovals and sport-courts, and lighting.

Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance of assets through defect liability periods and management of bond return to clients.
